Wildlife friendly gardening & cuttings – Buzzing Skipton

Join Sarah De Nurtcheylo, our local garden border designer, and learn all about wildlife friendly plants and how to keep them thriving and increase your plant stock.

You will learn about:

  • Plant identification
  • Plant maintenance
  • Taking cuttings

During this workshop we will visit a number of raised plant borders across Skipton town centre that have been planted for colour and to attract wildlife.

What to bring and wear:

  • Gloves – (we will have some spares)
  • Study shoes or boots
  • Appropriate outdoor clothing

This workshop is a part of the Buzzing Skipton project – enabled by funding from the Mayor of York and North Yorkshire’s Vibrant and Sustainable High Streets Fund.
