The Beat of My Art – Exhibition
An exhibition by award winning artist Peter Wilkin at Mill Bridge Gallery, Skipton, from 16th June to 9th July
The exhibited works are selected from Wilkin’s catalogue of Mobile Art. All his images begin life as a photograph taken with an iPhone, which he transfers onto his iPad to begin the editing process. His portraits & human figure work, he reveals, are usually driven along by song lyrics, a piece of poetry or an existing work of art. Alternatively, inspiration is sometimes generated by an issue that arouses strong feelings within him.
Wilkin’s exhibition will run from Thursday 16th June up to & including Saturday 9th July. Mill Bridge Gallery is tucked away in a small courtyard just beyond the Market Square at 3 Mill Bridge, Skipton BD23 1NJ, opposite the Castle Inn. Look out for the large dragon on the chimney!
