Family Yoga

Family Yoga in Aireville Park, all are welcome.

We will connect with the world around us & throw some shapes; show how we can use our breath to change emotions & feelings & take a beautiful relaxation in nature.

Please bring a blanket/towels/throws & a drink. There will be a waiver to sign at the start of the session.

Please note one ticket covers a family of up to 4 people, please order another ticket if you need to extend this.

Sessions are 10.30am to 11.15am

NB this session will be weather dependent

Liz Waddington is Dru Yoga fully qualified and has an enhanced DBS check and full insurance in place.
