Skipton Civic Society at Craven Arts, celebrating Christmas

A short walk looking at some details and buildings across the town.

Close examination of the town’s varied buildings shows us a great variety of materials, styles and craftsmanship. From boot scrapers to statues, wood carving to mosaics, there is a wealth of detail to enjoy in a walk of about 45 minutes.  Based on research for the Heritage Action Zone project by Civic Society members and led by Susan Wrathmell.
