The house is let whilst the owner works away; his bedroom is not included in the listing hence the 2 guest/ 1 bedroom availability.

Guest access
The whole house is available to guests apart from the home owners bedroom ( this is not a permanent holiday let).
Please be aware that the No. 12 is a 2 storey house with the bedroom & bathroom situated upstairs – this may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility

– Maximum 2 people ( 1 bedroom)
– No pets
– No smoking/ vaping
– Not suitable for under 18
-No EV charging at the house but there are charging points 5/ 10 minutes walk away in the town centre
– We will be fitting a ring camera to cover the outside front of the house at some stage in the future.
