Bakery Workshop – Maximum 15 places – 10am/11am/1pm/2pm/3pm 

In this hands on workshop, you will step back in time to learn an ancient recipe – chocolate Damper bread! Mix, shape and cook your very own delicious bread over a real campfire, just like they did in the old days.

Fire Making Skills – Maximum 10 places – 10am/11am/1pm/2pm/3pm

Join our hands on fire making workshop and journey through time as you discover how our ancestors created fire. Learn to spark planes using flint and steel master the bow drill and try your hand at traditional fire-lighting techniques – no matches allowed!

Wilderness Cookery Show – The Canadian Fish Flag 12pm  – Maximum 30 places 

Join Jonathan, our wilderness chef, around the campfire and discover an ancient method of cooking that dates back thousands of years. Learn traditional bushcraft cooking techniques used by our ancestors – no modern gadgets, just fire and skill. You might have seen us recently on TV with Robson Green!
