Skipton Market is one of the oldest and most popular markets in the region – and is a great destination to include in your programme of events either as a day-trip in its own right or as part of your itinerary for a longer tour!

At Visit Skipton we’ve put together a package of incentives to make your visit to Skipton as easy as possible – including FREE coach parking in the Town’s main car park adjacent to the High Street and the Market.

Skipton’s Christmas Market takes place on the first two Sundays of December every year – and has been in operation for well over 20 years. It is consistently voted as one of the Top Ten Christmas Markets in the UK – and dozens of coach operators already include it as a regular feature of their annual programme.

Given the popularity of the event, Visit Skipton has developed a tried and tested fully-managed coach drop-off and pick-up system in a town centre location close to the Market on Skipton’s High Street.
