Named after the former Countdown presenter and Old Giggleswickian, The Richard Whiteley Theatre is an arts hub at the heart of Giggleswick School on the cusp of the Yorkshire Dales. The auditorium seats almost 300 people and is equipped with the latest technical facilities to enable state of the art sound and lighting design.
Accessibility-wise, the setup is excellent with level access to the auditorium on the ground floor, allocated wheelchair spaces and portable ultra-red hearing loops for anyone with a hearing aid.
It’s also a fab place for a drink with the theatres Black Sheep Bar stocking scrumptious beers from the nearby Black Sheep Brewery as well as an abundance of tasty snacks and other drinks.
