Join us for a spring evening at the Mill as we take you on a palate journey across South East Asia. Chef Pia, who has a breadth of experience in South East Asian cooking, will be discussing the fantastic dishes drawing on the flavour profiles from The Golden Triangle, where Thailand, Loas and Myanmar meet. We will ease you into the flavours of the South East, and take you on a journey of flavours, starting with Myanmar’s savoury and subtle cuisine, picking up the heat as we travel through Laos, and finishing in Thailand for dessert!\nAll allergens and dietaries will be catered for.\n
