DESCRIPTION:‘Ey up!’ Our born-and-bred Yorkshireman, award-winning chef Bruce, will be celebrating local Yorkshire produce at this ‘Tour De Yorkshire’ dinner evening.\nBruce has created a wonderful 5-course menu, encompassing some of the finest produce from 15 local suppliers, showcasing some of the best ingredients from ‘God’s Own Country’, from Skipton Organic Cheesemakers on our doorstep, to Dark Horse Brewery up in Hetton.\nStarters and Mains include;\n– Warm salad of roasted and smoked Kilnsey trout, wild garlic, horseradish and oat creme fraiche.\n– A tasting plate of local Skipton Jacob lamb.\nWe are so looking forward to an evening of delicious food, a selection of drinks from Yorkshire, and great company.
